New York City Mayor Eric Adams insisted Friday that the Big Apple "would defeat crime" after recent police statistics showed nearly every type of criminal offense – including subway and hate crimes – was up in the month of February.

The New York Police Department released its crime statistics for the month of February late Thursday, showing a 58.7% increase in overall crime compared to February 2021. "Every major index crime category saw an increase for the month of February 2022," the NYPD said.

Who’d a thunk defending and enabling criminals would have such repercussions. Just more reaping what they’re sowing.

Will they be re-painting Black Lives Matters in front of Trump Tower this time?

Based on the numbers, it would appear that most of the reforms instituted in favor of BLM have instead increased black deaths.

Perhaps not too surprising given that most of the rubes that supported it were either party loyalist or just white young and dumb suburbanites with ZERO clue about how crime is in poorer browner areas.

I'm always grateful New York was chosen for the the bail reform experiment and not the state where I live.

Anything that would work is not politically possible. Anything politically possible will not work.

Eric Adams is a phony. We saw him in the NYPD as head of the racist 100 blacks in law enforcement. It does not shock me that crime is rising even faster under this clown. Only going to get worse. You voted for it NY now you get what you deserve!
