Nuclear has to be part of the answer. It blows my mind that we aren't building more nuclear power plants.
I agree, we need more nuclear. I had dinner last night with a nuclear physicist and he told me that nuke plants can be designed with physics to shut down and prevent another 3 mile Island or Chernobyl.
It's still a problem to deal with the waste but nuclear is probably the least objectionable energy source we could go to right now.
You're correct and so is the video. You have to understand you're on a pro trump website that has an agenda to promote trump and shoot down anything that puts him or republicans in a bad light.
Before Trump this was a heavy pro Obama/Clinton/left-wing website especially during the Trump admin. It has only began to lean the other way recently because people are starting to wake up!
Frank is right. No way in hell the average voter is going to watch a nine minute video, which presupposes some knowledge of economics, and think, maybe this issue is nuanced when they're paying $4.50 a gallon at the pump.

To be fair I'm pretty sure the OP didn't mind when one Orange Man was being blamed for "nuanced" crises that happened on his watch. Almost nothing is the fault of(or to the credit of) one man at the macro level.
Old Joe has certainly done everything in his power to speed things off the cliff though.

Remember, Biden said on the campaign trail that he "Guaranteed he would end fossil fuels". Even when asked knowing that stopping fossil fuels would have a devastating affect on our economy, he did not even HESITATE to say YES, he would.
So I do think ONE MAN can affect oil prices.
Let's be real, people will say anything to get elected or get a job.
Heck, I'll go around saying I will end all gun violence in major cities and there would be no more temps below 40 degrees in Florida.
