Some of the inflation was from the free money crap, which Trump deserves some blame for. But Trump is not Putin. Putin is on the other side of the world and doesn't have much impact on the USA economy. As democrats have told us before, Russia's economy is very small and they don't export much beyond basic commodities like oil.

Biden is just wishing his base is stupid enough not to question anything he says. Since most of them are too embarrassed to listen to their dear leader, it really doesn't matter what Biden thinks or says. He's like the old relative that lost their mind in a nursing home... Sure, they love him since he is one of their own, but that doesn't mean they take his ramblings very seriously.

It's beyond laughable. But... it might get repeated often enough in the coming three years to blur the truth for posterity. Victors writing history and all that.

Just the fact that the Biden admin is pushing this outlandishly absurd narrative shows that all respect for the people has been abandoned. It's all about cramming lies down our throats.

Actually, it was sunspots. I think Rev. Peppermint Patti will be proclaiming this soon in a smug, condescending, preachy scolding at her next revival meeting for the true believer serfs.

Yet democrats, eager for any excuse to support Biden's dumpster fire of a presidency, have vacated all common sense and have embraced Biden's newfound "explanation" for inflation!

The question must be asked- Does anyone actually believe that Putin caused inflation in the US, not Biden?
Dang, you should have made the poll public so we can see who in the forum thinks this is the responsibility of Putin.

Next the dems will be saying Biden is an excellent speaker and great economist or they will start saying the southern border is closed. lol

The real problem goes back to the early days of the Coronavirus pandemic, when Unemployment benefits were increased and extended to the Democrats' core clientele of lay-abouts and marginal "workers" -- who didn't deserve them to begin with.

Too much "fiat money" chasing a stagnant supply of goods and services translates to inflation; it's that simple.

I don't think Psaki is Peppermint Patty like we thought. I've been noticing her gray roots. She's coloring her hair for sure. All that lying as caused her hair to turn gray.

It was caused by years of bad policy.....the kind of thing that happens when Pelosi controls the power of the purse.

For a while the absolute worst things she was trying to do was stopped by Republicans, but once they could no longer get in the way, things went to hell almost immediately.

It was predictable because it was done intentionally.

Where’s the option for Trump being responsible?
