Having spent 20-years on nuclear submarines I am happy with nuclear power. Fortunately I live in a nation that keeps building nuclear reactors, like 4 or 5 a year.

No problem. Tesla AC for example uses around 1kWh, and the batteries are 70-100 kWh. So that would be 70-100 hours on a full charge if you're just sitting there. So a few hour traffic jam wouldn't even put a dent in it.
