Why is enacting a proactive law ahead of what is happening all over so bad ?

I worked in LE against child porn etc. The point is to have teachers accessible for a child to have for any question or concern. They may be being abused at home or close people. Education is not indoctrination. The fear and conspiracies are insane. Why do you support teaching about sex to Kindergarteners? That's what this bill prevents. Passing this bill IS taking personal responsibility!
