Just as I wasn't consulted about sending billions to Ukraine which I am paying for. I elect a politician to work in my best interest and many times he doesn't - I pay for the teachers in my district to teach reading, writing and math - not wokeness - I'll take care of that at home.
You think it's not happening - get with the program and look at Twitter and Instagram - there are plenty of teachers promoting this in their classrooms so don't say it's not happening when you can see it plain as day.
There is alot of things happening. I already stated I worked with LE with some child porn agents. You cannot imagine how disgusting and Evil people can be. I am against all and any abuse. I don’t want teachers to be advocates of anything besides reading writing and math. What I don’t want, is children to be left in the dark with no one to go to, if need to. Parents are not always the answer, I’m sorry. Seen some horrible parents. Horrible.
I also think many, to include this Governor, is making Fl a nanny state with this, and many other bills.

Point out where in the bill it says children can never talk to teachers.

Omg do you know how many kids in Fl have same sex parents or the friends or family who play with their kids or go to school with them ? Or teachers who teach them are gay etc. Just Stop!

As a native of SFl. And all my kids and grands attend school in Fl I can’t vouch for any school to be the best. I was raised in the north - but my schooling was years ago. No in total. We fail the teachers and the kids. But we move forward. SFL is not the best place to raise kids. My grands now in Central Fl.
The point being - DiSantis is only catering to his base. That’s it.
