First I made the statement that Biden finally did admit it. Then I was asking why wouldn't Biden want to admit that about Putin?
I assume it means Biden doesn't want to upset Putin more than he has to? I've just noticed a few times in the news they make this somewhat of a big deal. It didn't make much sense to me.To me just the act of war and killing of people seems like a huge crime. How could a war NOT be a crime.
Unless he orders war crimes, he is not a war criminal. Not to mention that a court has to investigate first and determine whether or not any war crimes have happened. War as such is not a war crime.
Obama even got the Nobel peace prize despite being a war criminal in many observers' view.
