dude no chinese can own land either, all the land are property of CCP, when ppl said buy land its actually lease for X amount of time 50 or 99 years. that been said, we have property tax, government can take your property away if you dont pay your property tax, so technically we dont own land either. china does not have property tax
also many american company earn more/same profits in china than they do in US. example are GM/ford/caterpillar/macdonald etc etc. there is much more US company presences in china than chinese company presence in US.
also US company lease land in china DONT PAY property tax, but they have to pay in US. corporation are NOT stupid, if they see the deal is BAD, they will back out. The reason they stay in china is the PROFIT outweight the cons.
