I haven't a clue about the woman who made the accusation. And like Anita Hill, it was a he said she said thing. And I'll never understand how Feinsteins staff lost control of the whole process. Or was it their intention?
But the hearing did give us a view of his early life of a privileged kid who spent his high school years and some college time partying.
My concern was that he was not prepared. And he lost control of his emotions. Or was that just for show. too?
These hearings have become nothing more than giant gotcha fest.

2. It was NOT a he said\she said like Anita Hill, because at least A.H. could prove that she actually had met Clarence Thomas. Kavanaughs accuser couldn't prove they'd ever met nor provide enough information for him to be able to construct an alibi, let that sink in.
The idea that KBJ is being treated worse is hilariously wrong. She doesn't have people making up that she's a rapist\pedo etc. in order to try to derail her confirmation.
I see no reason for her to not be confirmed and also agree that these are dog and pony slander fests by dispicable politicians...but so far she's being pressed on legal stances and not ALSO if she is a horrible immoral rapist.
A woman credibly accused Mr. Kavanaugh of sexual assault. Democrats rightly asked the committee to investigate. After a superficial FBI review, Republicans pressed forward his nomination. In the end, it was Mr. Kavanaugh who behaved intemperately, personally attacking Democratic senators and revealing partisan instincts that raised questions about his commitment to impartiality.
By contrast, Republicans have smeared Judge Jackson based on obvious distortions of her record and the law. Mr. Graham and others painted her as a friend of child pornographers, despite the fact that her sentences in their cases reflect the judicial mainstream.
Sen. Marsha Blackburn (R-Tenn.) used much of her time assailing those concerned about transgender people. Sen. Ted Cruz (R-Tex.) attacked Judge Jackson for sitting on the board of Georgetown Day School, a D.C. private school, because he disapproves of its anti-racism curriculum, which Judge Jackson has never endorsed, let alone relied upon in a ruling. Similarly, several Republicans complained that outside pressure groups favored her nomination, even though she has no connection to them.
These writers sure aren't that bright, or they have been so deeply indoctrinated they have lost touch with reality
I wonder if the Reps could track down some of the kids that were raped in those kiddie porn videos and ask them how they feel about Jackson giving the losers that get off on that horror reduced prison sentences?
That needs to be done. Absolutely. And if not the kids themselves so as not to further traumatize them, at least the anguished adults in their lives who love them.
Of course she did, she's a member of the Democrat party, anyone who dares to question her is going to be shouted down and labeled a bigot, misogynist, racist, homophobe or whatever other adjective they can toss in to voice their outrage and cry injustice.
I don't recall any washed up celebrities sitting behind her with an angry scowl on their face during her hearing. No protests and angry chants from outside the windows either. I guess her leniency on pedophiles isn't a big deal to the party that bows down to Hollywood miscreants and sexual deviants.

I agree 100% with all the things you pointed out. Democrats, Leftist, or what ever they want to call themselves like to repeat their lies, even when caught, that they will repeat them throughout time as if they were the truth.
