In fact California’s total fertility rate is 1.5 per woman which is less than the nation over all.

I checked the average fertility rate for the entire Western Hemisphere (North and South America) and it came to less than 2.1, which is required to keep a population stable.

Calif. lower and middle income parents can't afford to have kids in this state as everything is so expensive. The poor and illegal aliens manage to have them though as their living costs are supplemented by the rest of us. Many Californians on welfare to.

Agreed, and we have had to built many new schools to accomodate the kids of illegal alien parents and hire Spanish speaking teachers. Let's turn those schools into living quarters for our American homeless until they can get on their feet and support themselves.
