It used to be funny and I used to joke about TDS, but many of you have proven it to be a very real and very debilitating mental disease. Never has one man run so roughshod in so many indoctrinated minds in the history of this world. I'd say seek help but I think it's too late.

Why do you describe it as the judge 'releasing' information? This was an order dealing with the motions of the parties. Such orders are almost always set out in the public record for federal cases, as this one was.
