Nikole Hannah-Jones, the creator of the 1619 Project, says that the US needs to follow the path of Cuba. She believes Cuba offers a better life and more equity for its citizens due to socialism.
She claims that Cuban Revolution only was possible due to education and so our schools need to teach to make a Cuban Revolution possible here.

Their readers associate the words of a single person with larger groups of people - sometimes with half the country - and then sit back with smug satisfaction about how crazy "they" are.
