The homeless need to protected from this man and this is one case where he should been sentenced to the maximum amount of time.

Absolute insanity in California, how a man can throw explosives into homeless camps and set a massive fire and not step in a California prison.

It is almost as if in California they are condoning victimizing the homeless.

He victimizes the homeless by throwing explosives into their camps and sets a massive fire and the judge refuses to send him into prison.

There is a big difference between a victimless crime but this arsonist was throwing explosives into a homeless encampment and set a massive fire.

I bet if he had set fire to Pelosi's house it would be a different story. All criminals need to go to democratic states where they can have a gay old time setting things on fire, beating people up, killing people and robbing from stores and not have to go to prison. It sounds like a hell hole of a place to live.

Perhaps being the son of the chamber of commerce president played a factor in his sentencing.

Daniel Michael Nogueira, the son of Eagle Rock Chamber of Commerce President Michael Nogueira, is set to be arraigned April 14, according to Ricardo Santiago of the Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office.
