Why does the US have Bio Labs/Bio weapons research in UKR? Its right on Putin's doorstep. We already installed a NATO aligned govt in UKR. Are we trying to start a Nuclear War?

If the research conducted there is for altruistic reasons perhaps we should have invited other countries to work at the facilities including Russia. We should all share in the knowledge discovered.
There isn't any reason for why. It's made particularly dodgy when you read about how the Department of Defence was requesting DNA samples exclusively from ethnic Russians. You can also read about patents for toxic insect release systems back in 2015. It's all above board and righteous in its intentions though, I'm sure (wouldn't blame you if your eyes rolled).

And, when Ukraine was considering Turkish Bairaktars, one of the questions was if it is capable of carrying of over 20 liters of aerosol materials. Hmmm... as I said before, they must been considering them as dust croppers for their golden fields of wheat?

The US stopped GOF research in the US so we funded labs in other countries to continue GOF anyway.
Wuhan and Ukraine....DoD funded the Ukraine one back in 2013/2014 when the US backed coup happened.

Why would we need a lab in Ukraine to develop weapons anyway when could do the same here.
