Everyone is focusing on Putin, but Kim Jong-Un has tested the largest ICBMs that North Korea ever has had and their state media said that Kim Jong-Un stated that it was to confront the US.

Same old same old, but their missiles are getting much better.

China most likely will keep them rein in, they don't want any conflict at their doorsteps. That will go very bad for them to try anything against the US, with all the US firepower all around that area of Japan and South Korea.
