Whether the president is to blame for this issue or not relevant. It is just one more point of misery for American families during this administration. The party in power, fair or not, will get the blame for the state of affairs during its reign.
For obvious reasons, the baby formula shortage is not due to the President. Having said that, pictures of pallets of baby formula sitting at the border for the use of illegal children certainly do not make him look favorable, in this scenario. It makes it seem as though the President cares more about those who are not supposed to be here, rather than those that are legally supposed to be here.

Yet, EVERYTHING BAD that happened in the world WAS Trump's fault!
Many things are out of the direct control of a President, or even an entire administration, but it's one more thing that makes people unhappy. As a society, we're already raw from the insanity of the last 2 years of Covid.
He has signed the most EO of any President, 89 at last count. The first day in office he was cancelling every executive order written by Trump, at one point asked what he was signing.
Many things are out of his direct control, yet when he speaks, he is not only arrogant and bumbling, but states information that is totally wrong, blatantly lies and never accepts any responsibility.
An world leader, the US, has been reduced to a joke, all because hatred and obsession against a personality and mean tweets.
When Democrats are in charge, conditions at the detention facilities are ignored. Remember when President Trump had "kids in cages", yet the pictures used to portray that were taken in 2014, during the Obama Administration? Yet, in 3014, there was not a peep about detention center conditions...
The illegals chose to break our laws. I have no sympathy for them, because of this. If they do not have enough food, then they should have thought about that before they made the trek up and broke our laws. Their food situation is none of our concern. The food supply of American children is our concern and of the most importance.
I can't rep you again, but I agree. While it may appear heartless for me to say I don't really care if illegals at our border have formula, I certainly care about US citizens more. We cannot provide everything for everyone who comes here any time and any way they choose. Our resources are not unlimited. The baby formula situation is just one example of that.
No baby formula in the stores. They've overplayed their hubris. We found 2 powdered tins here on the island and overnighted it to our new grandchild 1200 miles away.
Joe and his clan are trying to destroy the United States of America's citizens. No exception for babies.

I'm very curious to see how polling plays out in the next couple weeks. If we're a month out from the Roe V. Wade leak and polls haven't moved significantly, the Democrats really are truly doomed in November. That would be glorious.
*Shocking in that it actually states the real reasons for extended closures in Blue states/cities.
This shortage has been going on for months. MONTHS. And Biden was just clued in this week.
That's a big problem.
There are hundreds of different brands of beer and soda but somehow there are only a few creators of baby formula????
