The school’s general liability and umbrella insurance will be eating the judgment.

This case will have far reaching impacts on general liability insurance going forward as well as how schools publicly react to off campus events.

My school says woke BS all the time.

We've had trainings to teachers and some students got lessons on the following topics:

White people are an invasive species

All white people are racist

Only white people can be racist

To support capitalism is to support white supremacy

Whiteness was defined as negative spins, no other races defined

Black people have to be afraid of whites everyday for fear of violence against them

Etc



I wonder if I or a student can sue for libel or mental anguish.
