“I’m going to make a black female Vice President. I’m going to make a black female Supreme Court justice.”

Does anybody think this is anything but a sham? Did Joe Biden use some kind of special clay for his pet projects? Gimme a break.

Enough to call him Uncle Tom. How sweet.

Do we really need the Supreme Court to look like a "rainbow" that better reflects all the various faces of America? If so does that mean if Biden gets another pick that it will be a transgendered gay person?

Does it really matter if the SC is multi racial because all their rulings are meant for ALL Americans not just white ones.

Equality and opportunity are slowly balancing .

Sorry that you have zero understanding of the reality that females were for decades passed over for career elevation. Then to top it off , if they were of a minority in this country ..it was even less likely. That's a fact that is in our history, not so long ago either.

As for this particular SCOTUS , her education and her application of her duties were recognized. Not saying her heritage was or wasn't a factor for the position. Will say, it was a good vetting when she was questioned.

The "hurdles she faced" were set lower than others. I call that a hand up.
