Add a few diapering stations in the schools and make them teachers change them.

I would bet changing the diaper of a 200-lb, 6 foot tall, 17-year-old biologic male with diarrhea and then having to snap up the onesie might shake some sense into some wokesters.
Or getting peed in the face while changing the "infant" as anyone who has changed a baby boy knows they have a great ability to do that.
