Well, Trump and his campaign are welcome to try to prove that in court, I reckon.

What's stopping them, other than knowing it's a loser of a case?

I don’t think she will see a day in jail even though she is evil and guilty.
I think she has a good chance getting hammered in civil court for defamation of character.
It sure would be nice to hear that she lost a big ass chunk of money in the lawsuit.
Money means nothing it’s her face that will be shamed and that to me is priceless.
Benghazi on some of this Hillary .

Very clever line considering all Trump's associates that he pardoned.

He pardoned a few, and did not pardon others. How does this relate?

But if you want to get into it, look who Obama and Clinton pardoned...

All presidents pardon but Trump's were part of his campaign, cabinet or relatives.
Trump pardoned Steve Bannon, Elliot Broidy, Anthony Levandowski, Michael Flynn, George Papadopoulos . Michael Flynn, Charles Kushner, Paul Manafort, Roger Stone.

Never saw so many indictments and conviction going back to Reagan. But Sure Hillary Clinton was above the law.

Hillary said that if she goes down, she will take half of Washington with her. She should have been locked up decades ago for her crimes, but I'm at the point where I'm thinking it's never going to happen.

You are a day late and a dollar short. This was weeks ago. But regardless, Mook threw her under the bus.

It's obvious in so many ways that Sussman is guilty. If they do not convict, it's clearly jury nullification.
