I admit I am no law expert, but you don’t think creating a false story and then feeding what you know is a lie to the FBI, so they can waste valuable time on something that does not exist in an effort to influence an election is not criminal?

Did Hillary feed it to the FBI? Can they demonstrate that she knew for a fact it was false, or can she hide behind "unverified reports"?
I'll repeat - if she broke the law, I hope she is punished to the full extent.
Actually, there were a lot more reasons why I didn't vote for Trump besides what Hillary may or may not have said or done.
We were already polarized before Trump ever got in. And I do think it is probably irreversible unless we have a miracle. And I don't really believe in those.
Yes we were polarized, however there was still the chance of it not being permanent.
Now that we know what we know about the Clinton scheme to use the FBI to influence the outcome of an election and the media willfully playing a major role in it, you can bet your ass it’s permanent now.
Clinton’s actions, along with the media Democrats control, have forever split our country in half and eroded all trust in our institutions. It’s over. We will never come close to unity again .

They were deleted, yes. The testimony was that the IT dude was instructed to delete them months before the subpoena. The FBI found no evidence that claim was NOT true. Just like the link I posted said.
Did Sussman or Mook give some new testimony about the server/emails?

Her campaign manager said yes to which? Both? What I read is that Mook said she instructed him to release the information to the press, not the FBI. I may have missed some reporting, though, I don't really give a **** about Hillary.
