My point was the inexperience of the judge and her misguided reasoning as to whether it was an emergency.

In the DC area we got an e-mail this morning saying that the mask mandate was lifted effective immediately for the Metro. It felt glorious to ride the train sans mask.

Early in the pandemic, this guy got it! LOL

There was never any sound justification for mask mandates. The mask mandates failed miserably, along with all of the other nonsensical "mitigation" measures forced on the population by idiots in the public health bureaucracy.

There need to be more lawsuits to make sure that the government doesn't overstep its bounds like this ever again.
Time for the judiciary to revoke all emergency powers now. Every. Single. God. Damn. One.

It's not an emergency anymore and hasn't been since June 2020.

You don't have much faith in your vaccines, do you? Maybe we should Shanghai everyone, just to be safe.

Ah, yes, the tired democrat narrative of “overwhelmed hospitals”

What I thought about it, I won't post my thoughts because it's not suitable for a younger audience.

This is called the genetic fallacy, to judge her ruling by her experience. Judge her ruling by the logic of the ruling!

I cannot judge, as I don't know enough about this subject matter, but all I know is I like the result
