This is why you guys will be slaughtered this November. You're so annoying. Leave people in peace to decide if they want to wear a mask or not. It's over, this crap is over. Down with mandates!
My point was the inexperience of the judge and her misguided reasoning as to whether it was an emergency.
In Europe, you don't need a masks in Ubers either. Back in Miami, I began not wearing one in Uber, no one said or indicated any discomfort. But after a few times of doing that, I went into my app, and was required to take a selfie with a mask on to use it again

In the DC area we got an e-mail this morning saying that the mask mandate was lifted effective immediately for the Metro. It felt glorious to ride the train sans mask.
Not to mention there was never any "science" to justify mask mandates to begin with. And let's not forget that they were only imposed AFTER the vaccine rollout, when the Biden* administration was installed thanks to the tainted 2020 election.
There was never any sound justification for mask mandates. The mask mandates failed miserably, along with all of the other nonsensical "mitigation" measures forced on the population by idiots in the public health bureaucracy.
There need to be more lawsuits to make sure that the government doesn't overstep its bounds like this ever again.
Time for the judiciary to revoke all emergency powers now. Every. Single. God. Damn. One.
What if covid cases skyrocket again with overwhelmed hospitals? Will they use the courts to try to go back to masks? The response to that when it happened to towns big and small in Oklahoma was not to go back to city government mandated masks.
Ah, yes, the tired democrat narrative of “overwhelmed hospitals”
My point was the inexperience of the judge and her misguided reasoning as to whether it was an emergency.
Like how we got destructive covid mandates in the first place?
