Whites who aren`t racist are suffering from mental illness. Only in MAGA land.

He certainly was a criminal. Stole the bike, trespassed on properly, wouldn’t leave when he was asked, police came and he resisted arrest and got tased.

The bike wasn’t being given away at the time. He stole it. And the excuse of mental illness is nonsense. He knew what he was doing and continued doing it anyway.

How stupid does one need to be to interfere with an officer making an arrest? That is NO time to front up to an officer. They are preoccupied, in a potentially high-risk moment of their work, and your dumb arse will be kicked to the curb if you choose this high-anxiety moment to interfere.

Side note: who the F wears a dress to a protest? lololol.

The bike had a for sale sign for several days and the owners took the sign off when there were no takers. As bicycles go, it had very little value and that`s why it wasn`t locked up. How can you call a person who has never been convicted of a crime, a criminal?

The bike isn’t the issue here. It’s a red herring.

The guy resisted arrest after trespassing and theft and was tazed. That’s the issue here.

Re: Jim Rogers (54)

A neighbor called 911 to report a homeless guy had just stolen a bike from a neighbor's yard. Reality, the bike's owner gave Jim Rogers the bike and he took it for a spin and returned it.

Without checking with the bike's owner, LE arrested Rogers who refused to comply. Police tased him 8 X and EMTs ignored his requests for help. 5 officers were fired.

As it relates to the recent Will Smith-like reaction, the officer faces assault charges and no question, the victim he punched will file an excessive force claim and get a financial settlement.

Reportedly, there were about 2 dozen protestors who marched from an adjoining jurisdiction to Wilkensburg.
The adjoining jurisdiction took a different approach and avoided confrontation. They escorted the marchers during their brief march. The receiving jurisdiction instead chose to enforce the law that does not permit protesting in the streets. Obviously the protesters did not comply and instead, became verbally abusive and ultimately resisted arrest. Officer lost it and punched and likely his LE career has ended.

Protesters could have, at any point, chosen to move to the sidewalk and avoided the confrontation.
