Meanwhile, they themselves are adding layers of security and buying expensive high power, rapid firing guns that the common citizen cannot afford. This is so disgusting and wrong... Will they ever admit that were incorrect in their views on policing and other societal issues?
How much evidence needs to be shoved in front of their face before they admit they were wrong, and are willing to change their mind?

Funny how some of these celebs probably supported "defunding the police", but now they want armed security to protect them.
Isn't the hypocrisy of the left grand?
The funny thing is that they simply do not appreciate the irony- they are that dense.
It appears the left will only be happy when the US devolves into a post-apocalyptic "mad max" type environment. I am just fine with the liberal areas turning into urban combat zones- that is what liberals voted for, so let them live it.
Meanwhile, in conservative land, we will carry on and lead peaceful lives, free from the idiocy of liberalism.

Of course not. In their minds, they were right, even though the outcomes and results were wrong.
Hollywood types have a looooong history of putting up a front (they're actors after all) and then behind the scenes are going all Bill Cosby, Kevin Spacey...piles of drugs etc. etc. so why would it be remotely shocking for them to talk about guns out of one side of their mouth and then have guns and security.
Now sure, they may have stalkers etc. that the average joe doesn't have to worry about but at the same time the average joe living in a bad neighborhood doesn't have protection from the crack head trying to break in at night or mug or rape them when they walk to their car after work.

They will never change their minds to include the plebs like us. Rosie O'Donnell made this clear when she said it was "different" for her to have armed security or to own a gun vs. the rest of us. She tried to correct later on and said she was just upset at the time but she meant what she said. These leftists celebs and elites still work against 2A, they just want it adjusted to work for them and not us. So no they won't change mind or admit they were wrong except for some publicity stunt.
There was this celeb with a loyal security guard, pretty much bragging to his fanboys about the times "his guy" protected him and took care of things for him, and this celeb is liberal/pro gun control. It's just nutty, people need to stop worshiping celebs because they can act or play sports or sing. They think we are such non-entities we can't have need to protect ourselves and they are so special they NEED to have trained thugs with guns looking after them. Sure, no one ever gets robbed, raped or killed except celebrities. Narcissists. Stop listening to their politics, Hollywood needs to go down anyway, it's been a long run, there are no good movies or shows anymore, and time to put it and the creeps that run that cesspool to bed.
Is not that to be expected? Of course, the filthy rich Elites are going to be criminals first targets! (historically, citizens praise 'criminals' who target the elite class or at least cheer them on/ celebrate when one is robbed, (the old Robin Hood image), strange that seems to be the opposite happening today?)
Criminals tend to target people or places, where the pay off is LARGE and worth the risk...
Of course, in reality, I doubt celebrities and Elites keep very large amounts of physical cash in their house, (bank accts is where the real wealth is kept), if the criminals would target their bank accounts, that would be more rewarding than physically robbing them or their homes, and then the only people loosing, would be the banks, FDIC...(I doubt many people would loose sleep over that! LOL)
