War in a sense that this legislation invites attacks on teachers, school board members and administrators. Parents already have a path to voice their opinions and make changes, we don't need politicians interjecting themselves into school affairs. A small caustic minority doesn't get to dictate policy.

So if teachers cannot indoctrinate five and six years olds, and confuse their little minds about adult sexuality and queerness, then it's a war?
It is ultimately about gaining control over students elementary to high school and driving a wedge between parents and kids, to indoctrinate them to be future socialists / communists. The issues of gay, transgender, race and so on are just a mechanism to teach social justice Marxist style, where young are loyal to the state and cause above being loyal to family.
This is the true battle, and the left are not going to give up because it is victory at all costs, and the left have become more open and hostile as they are being exposed as you have seen in video after video and news statement after statement.
This also transcends to the battle over social media like twitter because when education and speech is controlled those are the main pillars for having a ministry of "truth" and control "misinformation" but really control the information. Once these are controlled the indoctrinated will happily vote and give freedom away and then a authoritarian government will be happy to oblige them.
