Anything goes....unless you're to the right of Bernie Sanders, think men are men and women are women (and that there IS a difference), and don't want to give away all of your money to the Government to set on fire.

Then apparently you're an enemy of the state and need to be persecuted by the goon squad known as the DOJ.

As I said - too much good life. Russian have saying - heads spin from too much fat. Meaning, people go nuts from too much fat life.

You want to fix it? Send all Americans age 15 through 25 for about 3 years, without any chance to return back, until term expired, to some hell hole on the planet. With no money, passport, no cell phone, no embassy to protect you. Whoever survives, will kiss the dirt here after return. Best cure for sissyness.
The "Hard Times Create Strong Men" notion is ass backwards. If that were true, then why aren't inner city Detroit, New Orleans, and Baltimore (just to name three) among the most up-and-coming top go-to places for families? In fact, it's the "weak soft soyboy cities and lands" that are driving the engine of future technology (the ultimate source for growth in a science-oriented age).

It's more like.

Bad Men (strong or weak) create hard times.
Hard times create uncivilized brutish men and women.
Brutish men and women create good times ONLY for themselves.
Good Times for ONLY themselves cripple society as a whole.

Oh, btw, your contempt for those who can't survive on their own ("sissyness", and its even less discreate synonyms) proves you're dehumanizing against the weak at best and brainwashed into anti-social values at worst.

Its clever what the Govt did...basically they convinced majority of the public, that 'tyranny' is in their best interest, (safety/security disguise).

I give them credit for this, its very clever, one of the only ways to violate the Constitution in multiple ways...but still have public support!

Something happened along the safety vs sovereignty lines.

At some point we became too enamored with perceived government safety.

It's a fatal error we've made........

It's not just a wide swathe of Americans who have become doormats to use the term of this thread's title , but virtually all people that live in developed world countries these days .

The fact that no real resistance to all the unjust COVID regulations that popped up in the past two years , in the form of ( f.ex ) mass civil disobedience that would literally force the authorities to back down , has occurred in a single developed country the world over is more than enough proof of this .

The reasons as to why this is so could be elaborated upon for volume upon volume of text , so suffice to state that IMHO the readily observable main reasons consist of the following :

1. Far too many people in all developed countries have been conditioned to meekly accept whatever injustice the authorities throw at them .

2. The average level of material comfort that the vast majority of people living in all developed countries experience is still too great for far too many of them to seriously start holding their respective governments accountable .

I am still confident though that there is still a chance of some form of effective nonviolent resistance to globalist machinations materializing within the next decade , however I truly hope that it will occur sooner than later .

Because rapid change always contains the seeds for chaos/undesirable societal effects , even if it occurs as the result of good intentions .

Maybe we’re all just scared to death of losing our jobs if we speak our minds.

So, we say nothing out loud.

Because we are now a colony of China as they've bought the Democrats and some Republicans.

You both make good points, but his argument has merit from an evolutionary perspective. I would argue you can't save everyone, and how long should we keep trying to help people that won't help themselves.... Teach people to fish, don't give them fish. We are animals and pavlonian conditioning needs to be used on us or some people will keep taking from the system forever if you let them.

How do all the thugs in the blue cities going around looting fit into the left's so called civilized society? Just creating a problem so they can implement it's solution?

You get beat in the head with TV-ads, it eventually has its effect...........I NEED that
blah_blah_overpriced-junk.

Same thing with government and corporate propaganda, over and over and over again,
it eventually brainwashes some of the people. Some people will be wearing masks for
the rest of their lives, conditioned by the ultra-scary propaganda surrounding Covid.
