This is so completely rife with the potential for abuse that it's scary. Way too easy for things to be deemed mis/dis information and way to easy to be weaponized.
But I suppose at the end of the day that is the point. This thing gets announced right on the heels of Musk's twitter purchase.
This new agency needs to be shut down immediately since the last thing the country needs is a Ministry of Propaganda with arrest authority, a badge and a gun to enforce the right thinking of Americans, who can no longer have a view different that the official State or Party line on any given subject…. WITHOUT FACING SOME TYPE OF CONSEQUENCES for “wrong thinking.”
This is why the Republican need to win big in 2022 so they can withhold funding from this unnecessary agency within the Department of Homeland Security before the corruption of justice takes root.
