It happened with Hunter's laptop. And don't even start defending Twitter over it, because they already apologized for it, so they knew they crossed a line that they were not supposed to cross.
But it really proves a point. As much as the left likes to think "We are smart. We are ethical. We know which speech should and shouldn't be censored."

The DNC convinced the left that the opposition candidate was such a huge threat that the ethical thing to do was to put aside their conventional ethics until the election is over, and do whatever needed to be done to defeat the opposition candidate.
The only problem with that is, you cant get a little pregnant. It doesn't go away after the election is over. Once you compromise your ethics in front of the whole world, the trust is gone for good.
And you know what, the Republicans are just as prone to this as well.
Thats why the constitution provides for freedom of speech without government interference, with very few exceptions. And that is why a platform such as Twitter should as well. Because humans are not qualified to be the unbiased arbiters of "good speech" and "bad speech".
Yes, it sucks that we have to see some ugly words, but it sucks a whole lot more to have our thoughts, words, and values manipulated by some controlling authority.
What happened with Hunter Biden's laptop? I don't know what someone on Twitter said or if Twitter the company did something??? I'm sure he had a laptop. From what I've read, he is a very troubled individual. Since I do not know what you are talking about I still don't see how this is about free expression or what is the buzzword again. I'm really curious to know where there is a problem with, oh, free speech. Unless you mean you think people should be able to say anything they want regardless of its' validity and without consequences then I would say I disagree with you. Otherwise, I have no ideas what it means beyond a buzz word to get the MAGA base all up, maybe literally, in arms.
