I am certainly no Biden supporter, and I do think he is suffering from senile dementia.
However, I don't think that this clip was nearly as bad as many, many other clips of him speaking, and I would even say that this was simply a case of him stumbling over some difficult words.
Kleptocracy is not a tough one. And his reaction to his own ‘stumbling’ is the scary part.
First we got Biden's stuttering inability to pronounce a word, followed by a subdued cackling that mimicked the more loquacious Kamala.

In less seriousness, but still don't think we can discount this outright. If he truly did have something major like that happen, would this Administration actually tell the public? Or would they "Weekend at Bernie's" him until they could figure out how to handle Harris?

i truly don't think he goes to meetings. he's probably under close care of doctors, while the real leaders do the meetings.
