ill highlight the part that they claimed says this.
Quote:
(c) “Student bathroom” means a bathroom that is accessible by students, including a genderneutral bathroom, a bathroom designated for females and a bathroom designated for males.
[(2)(a)] (2) Each public education provider shall ensure that both tampons and sanitary pads are
available at no cost to students through dispensers located in [at least two] every student
[bathrooms] bathroom of every public school building.
[(b) Notwithstanding paragraph (a) of this subsection, if a public school building has only one
student bathroom, both tampons and sanitary pads must be available at no cost to students through
dispensers located in that bathroom.]
This is about kids needing tampons and schools charging them for it.
the 2 bathrooms simply have to be a combination of the 3 possible. that means if a school has 6 bathrooms total, 2 girls, 2 boys and 2 gender neutral, they can have the 2 dispensers in the 2 girls rooms, or 1 girl and 1 gender neutral , and in the off chance there is only 2 restrooms in the entire school, then 1 in the boys, 1 in the girls.
Op, when you were still on the force, was there anything in the penal code about the desicration of a tampon by using it as unintended? I'm kinda worried about that tag on my matress after this.
Have you ever seen a tampon? Do you think they're dangerous or something. They don't cause the bleeding you know.
Of course my post sailed right over your head
Well...I'll break it down for you. Elementary school aged boys most likely won't even know what a tampon is. Thus, that would prompt them to find out for themselves. Next, when they see one they will have lots of questions.
BTW, I'm a female. I know all about such products. Feel foolish now, do you?
Also, why does this issue trigger you so much?
