This should be a slam dunk, no need for deep analysis or investigation as they certified false documentation and sent it to DC. Don't like the outcome of the electoral vote in your state election then use alternate electors.

People complain about election fraud, this is in fact fraud and this was planned by many US congressmen to change the election outcome.

WASHINGTON (AP) - The House committee investigating the U.S. Capitol insurrection subpoenaed more than a dozen individuals Friday who it says falsely tried to declare Donald Trump the winner of the 2020 election in seven swing states.

The panel is demanding information and testimony from 14 people who the panel says allegedly met and submitted false Electoral College certificates declaring Trump the winner of Arizona, Georgia, Michigan, New Mexico, Nevada, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin, according to a letter from Mississippi Rep. Bennie Thompson, the Democratic chairman of the panel. President Joe Biden won all seven states.

After the 2020 election, two groups of Arizona Republicans falsely declared themselves presidential electors, signed fake electoral certificates, and sent them to Washington, D.C., hoping to subvert the constitutional work of the Electoral College, overturn the outcome of a duly certified election and, in essence, stage a coup that would have kept Donald Trump in office.

.............................

We learned from an article by The Arizona Republic’s Richard Ruelas that Attorney General Mark Brnovich’s office contacted the Office of the Federal Register about paperwork one group of fake electors sent to Washington that used the official state seal.

There doesn't appear to be much to investigate since their names are on the counterfeit elector certification but of course they would be allowed due process. I assume their defense will be that they were only kidding.

I guess they could also say that their signatures were forged in 7 different states.

You do know that the poster also claimed it was a “slam dunk”, which we’ve heard for the last 5+ years…and contrary to your belief it’s innocent until proven guilty, and feelings don’t equal proof.

Signatures are proof.
As are their televised rallies .

Correct your feelings have no merit in these facts .
