Yeah, we can agree to disagree on that one.

Abortion is a viable form of birth control condoned by the Fed and not seen as murder

So who is it gathering outside the SCOTUS building shouting in protest? It isn't Republicans. It's always the left who engage in these types of bullying tactics.

Abortion rights supporters gather outside the US Supreme Court in Washington hours after a stunning leak of a draft opinion

Only if you have deluded yourself into believing that a human fetus is a clump of cells, even during the last trimester.

630,000/year is the CDC's number, but they lack data from California and a few other states. Guttmacher, Planned Parenthood's research subsidiary, has the number at 900,000/year. They would know given the fact that they're the major abortion services provider in the US.

The Supremacy Clause of the Constitution of the United States (Article VI, Clause 2), establishes that the Constitution, federal laws made pursuant to it, and treaties made under its authority, constitute the "supreme Law of the Land", and thus take priority over any conflicting state laws.[1] It provides that state courts are bound by, and state constitutions subordinate to, the supreme law.

Federal law supersede state laws.

In the event of a conflict between a State’s Constitution & the Constitution of the United States, a State Constitution may grant people greater rights than the US Constitution, not less, or more restrictive.

The Dems are not wasting any time pushing the politics though. Citizens reportedly are already receiving requests for campaign donations referencing the Abortion issue, saying it's only a taste of what Republicans will do to your rights if they win in November.

Very interesting timing indeed.
This result has been widely anticipated. Just read C-D. It was just anticipated in a few weeks rather than now. I still think this was the work of an individual working on his/her own who hadn't actually thought this whole thing through. I've been keeping up as best I can with this thread and the news elsewhere and I still can't see how this timing favors Democrats. I don't think the leak favors Republicans either, which is why my suspicion is on an individual actor.

Yeah, I'm sure that will be the law of the land if R v W goes back for the states to decide. /sarcasm

Not the law of the "land" if by that you mean the U.S., but that could be the result in some states. What makes you think that isn't possible?
