This is boring, and I won't continue to say this. Most people want to keep Roe V Wade and early abortion on demand.

Done. You can have the last say.
Like the ABC/WaPo poll shows, less than half of Americans support keeping elective abortions legal.

Did I use the word “force” anywhere?

Can you post the poll?

If it's a self-reporting poll where readers can click in and report their opinions, it's statistically unsound.

You only end up with people who are riled up and interested giving their opinions.

If you truly care about rape victims, why do you support a party which espouses reducing sentences for violent crime - including rape?

So the rape victim gets to be victimized again for nine months then go through childbirth? At what point does a woman get have bodily autonomy? Her choice to consent to sex is nullified by rape, her choice to make decisions regarding her own body are nullified by the government. When does she get to decide for herself?

Have you ever actually read the U.S. Constitution? Do you know anything about the judicial nomination system other than the last 6 years?

Article II, Section 2

He (the president) shall have Power, by and with the Advice and Consent of the Senate, to make Treaties, provided two thirds of the Senators present concur; and he shall nominate, and by and with the Advice and Consent of the Senate, shall appoint Ambassadors, other public Ministers and Consuls, Judges of the supreme Court, and all other Officers of the United States, whose Appointments are not herein otherwise provided for

There is no constitutionally proscribed manner in how the President shall receive advice from the Senate. Before the Democrats blew up the filibuster for judicial nominations it was common for names to be floated to be sure they could survive a filibuster. Before the Democrats blew up the notion that Presidents should have wide latitude with judicial nominations, even a radical, far Left wing judge like Ginsburg only got 3 No votes. Not long before that, voice votes were common. Hearings, if they had them, lasted two or three days.

Byron White was nominated on a Tuesday and confirmed on a voice vote 8 days later.

If she had sex ed, she wouldn't believe any nonsense the boy told her. Raging hormones to the point of not being able to stop oneself is more of a male problem IMO, especially at that age.

I do believe sex ed is needed, especially in states with high teen pregnancies and high rates of abortion.
