I'm wagering that a progressive staffer on the Supreme Court leaked this.....

Then again...we may never find out.

Someone is going to rat them out. This is too big an event where people who were supposed to stay quiet won’t

To me, reversal isn’t the big story, but the leak is.
he'll have a 7 figure job and a fancy sports car waiting for him as MSDNC, where they'll be more than happy to welcome him with open arms.

Oh, we already know who did it, the leaker was one of Sotomayor's clerks.

Gladly. Not changing my vote over a sleazy, desperate tactic. The modern left knows no shame.

I’m not sure on that. Seems to obvious and why would someone who easily could be the automatic assumption for doing it based on past behavior take that chance

The fact is, as usual, the left pushed things too far. I think MOST people would have been ok with abortions through the first trimester and maybe even the second, but they literally wanted to do it up to right before birth. There is a video of someone testifying about some bill on Twitter and she wants to make it legal up until the woman is dilating. They have claimed it was for cases of rape and the 'woman's health'. But now they call mental health the woman's health so that can be anything and they KNEW that. This the left's fault, not the right.

I'm more concerned about the leak. Yes I know. an odd take on this.

Then again I was more against the Texas law because it gave standing to third parties.

I'm pro choice but not a first tier issue for me.

As a pro choice fiscal conservative I think you are way over reacting. The SCOTUS is not going to ban abortion. They are simply leaving it to the states. So nothing will change in the blue states, the red states for which the majority is likely against abortion will stop abortions.
