Schiff will have immunity due to his making the statements while Congress was in session and as a part of his Congressional duties.

I believe that's a senate thing. Not sure if it applies to the House. Wouldn't doubt it, though, they're going to give themselves every perk imaginable, because they can and nobody pays attention.
That laptop scandal was bigger than Watergate and it would have cost the Dems the election if it was allowed to be investigated so they had to sit on it and make up lies about it.
I hope the guy wins his case and further exposes how nasty, crooked and deceitful the Dems and their media can be.

I don't think this guy has the same chances as Sandman due to both age and one did nothing to put themselves in a public spotlight while the other did. Especially when politics get involved the courts seem to get very lenient about what can be said likely out of fears of tyranny via lawsuit.
