I am trying to explain this to a few conservative friends and they don’t get it. (I myself am an independent). The progressive left believes that gender has nothing to do with male or female organs. So in their mind if you if you have female organs but feel like a man, and present yourself as a man, then you are a transgender man....even with female organs. Which in their minds if you are pregnant you are a pregnant man. All they say is “that’s stupid and doesn’t make sense, men can’t get pregnant”. Or “men don’t have uteruses” How else do I make them understand the mindset of the left? They actually believe the left thinks that actual men with a penis can get pregnant. I tell them them it isn’t about genitalia when it comes to that mentality.

This is the most correct response regarding this issue. Men cannot get pregnant, only women can. This is something we all understand (at least I thought) from a very very young age.
Claiming to be something your not is delusional. It is a fantasy that one is imposing on others. I can put on a 19th century French military uniform and claim to be Napoleon but that does not make me him. If I did that I would be willing to bet I would soon be visiting with mental health professionals and taking some new meds. You cannot just claim to be something you are obviously not and expect the world to accept it. As you said....it’s literally insanity.

If they had bottom surgery it's impossible to get pregnant. No surgery, yes. As long as they have a vagina and ovaries, pregnancy is always possible
