Trans man = biological woman who is deluded into thinking she is a man.
Grammar usage: the correct pronoun when referring to a woman is "her."

Usage note: biological women are at risk of getting pregnant, regardless of how they identify. However, if they are engaging in sexual acts with other biological women, regardless of how they identify, the risk drops precipitously.

Anyone who says these people are not suffering from a mental disorder should really go get themselves checked out for a mental disorder.
Taking away the "why this would happen". If you are a "Trans-Man" and have sex with a Biological Man and haven't had yourself "fixed" you could get pregnant. If you are a "Trans-Woman", you aren't going to get pregnant regardless of who you have sex with.
