The only reason there was any sort of peace under Trump is because his staff kept him from dropping bombs on Mexico, firing shots at protestors, and who knows what else.

So he maybe flippantly said let’s bomb the drug production south of the border exactly how we hit the opium production facilities in Afghanistan with B-52s.
