I totally agree with those words. But don't throw out the word 'racist' because someone on the right doesn't agree with your crazy views. Stop dividing the country. Siblings are often very different in their developed abilities, social disposition, work ethic, moral character, sexuality, intelligence, personality, health, fertility and physical stature because the passing of genes from one generation to the next always incorporates an element of chance.
Nature cannot know in advance what sort of world a child will grow up in, so she hedges her bets by making one sibling one way and the other another way.
I have twins in my family.
One is extremely outgoing and the other is painfully shy.
Now grown, they have been this way since they were babies.
If one of the two will have more social opportunities, it will likely be the outgoing one.
If one is to catch a deathly contagious disease and die before their first child is born, again, it will likely be the outgoing one.
Nature makes people, even siblings, different for a reason.
That doesn't mean a common physical trait won't be evident in a certain group of people, i.e., good genes.
What it does mean is that nature will continue to mix things up so that some members of a species/group survive no matter what happens because it's too hard to start over from scratch.
As for race horses, we can engineer whatever abilities we like into an animal, but natural selection will eliminate all our work as soon as our breeding program is out of the picture.
A fast horse isn't necessarily a smart horse or a tough, disease-resistant horse or even a fertile horse (see mules).
Minnesota is cold as **** most of the year, so the president is correct that the people that live there, and are able to continue living there, have great genes that express themselves in the form of toughness and tenacity.
Else, they would relocate, no?
As for coloring the president's remarks with words that insinuate a certain frame of mind, and since your genetic code likely doesn't impart clairvoyance, why don't you just stick to the facts.

The authoritarian right has mounted a devious strategy to control debate, indoctrinate the young and eradicate adherence to objective reality. Their tactics are central to a movement that wants to protect the status quo and solidify White Christian dominance over American politics.
So it sounds to me like the OP has fallen for it and is living in the silo of GOP manufactured grievances which are all smoke and mirrors to distract from the fact that their party has no plan, platform, or policy to advance and benefit society at large. All the Republicans offer is validation for the worst of their base's biases, impulses, and prejudices.

Truly, the LEFTISTS are diabolically clever, embracing a predatory philosophy that proclaims that envy and greed are virtues, not vices.
Their schools of thought teach that the world is divided into the oppressed, the oppressors, and the champions of the oppressed (themselves). In their minds, if someone is in need, they’re oppressed. And if there are those who are prosperous, they’re oppressors, to be attacked on behalf of the oppressed, taking from them to give to the “victims” (minus a cut for the champions).
Unfortunately, this nonsense permeates the world. Obviously, the “champions” are oppressive predators, using the excuse of oppression to impose compulsory charity and expropriation of property for the benefit of another. They’re foul pirates, slavers, corrupters and thieves, who believe themselves virtuous. Such predators will not accept that they’re evil, wicked, mean and nasty. They will “tax and bribe” - using government to “legally” steal - and share the booty among themselves, self assured that their depredation is the pinnacle of virtue.
And if they cannot find oppressors, they will manufacture an outrage, and blame it on the imaginary oppressors.
ERGO, the "champions of the oppressed" have to stamp their feet and denounce common sense, embrace nonsense and defend insanity, in order to justify their lust for tax money and power.
