Unable and unfit. Jill should definitely go to Ukraine without him. If he poops himself in Kyiv in Zelensky's bunker we will suffer terrible and permanent damage to our national status and reputation. Not even a Dwayne Johnson/ Elon Musk administration in '24 could salvage that.
