It’s sort of a non-issue because they can’t. It’s like saying children shouldn’t be able to choose their shoe size. It’s not up to them. Gender is no different from biological sex. You can’t change either.
Yup you can't change someone's xy chromosomes to xx chromosomes with hormones or a surgeon's scalpel. All you can do is mutilate them and destroy their endocrine systems.

I have experience working with these children. They absolutely need mental health services and I am all for the state providing enough quality therapy as humanly possible.
They absolutely should not be able to change their gender and be free from anyone pushing towards that while they are still children. They do not have the maturity and experience to understand the ramifications of a life-altering change.
I completely agree. Get these children help first, so mentally they understand what is going on with them. Then, as adults they can make their own decision on what to do.

Yes. I mean seriously what a ridiculous question. As parents we say no to kids all the time because we know what's best for them. Democrats are grooming kids with psychologically toxic cultural conditioning in this particular instance.
Like another poster here I never cared about the transgender issue until they took it into the schools and decided to use it as a political weapon against conservatives they fired the first shot.... I mean seriously why we have laws for a reason to protect minors from the consequences of their choices and lack of maturity.
I have first-hand experience with this because my sister tried to groom my nephew into the same thing and she finally gave him up to my mother and now he's going back to using his boy name and his gradually returning to normal. This is psychological grooming as a form of control it's not healthy. I'll give him credit though he holds No Malice towards her he's quite mature about it.

Yes, it should be illegal for any adult to try to change the sex of a minor biologically. That includes parents and doctors. There is nothing normal about it.
Whether a child wants to pretend they are the opposite sex is another matter. But any form of surgery or intrusive hormones to change their sex should be banned.

I'd take this a step forward and get the parents "help" first. They should go through a thorough evaluation to be sure they aren't the ones forcing the childs "gender" upon them. Seems with all the celebrities Flaunting their young children and confused sexuality that it's more of a status symbol to them than anything. Hey......Look at Us! Our 6mo old baby has expressed to us that he/she is really she/he and we are going to raise "they" as per "them's" wishes.

Right. Would you affirm a child's anorexia? Or would you get them necessary help to see why they are so upset with their body?
