Roe v. Wade being in place didn't force an abortion on anyone.

Roe v. Wade in place or Roe v. Wade overturned.....either way, no one is forced to get an abortion.

Roe vs Wade asserted a federal regulatory power over a subject matter not delegated to the federal government.

The majority in Roe ignored both the text of the constitution and its documented legislative intent, which gives context to its text. In fact, the majority in Roe decided to impose its personal sense of fairness, reasonableness, or justice as the rule of law, when in fact ___ "The public welfare demands that constitutional cases must be decided according to the terms of the Constitution itself, and not according to judges' views of fairness, reasonableness, or justice." -- Justice Hugo L. Black ( U.S. Supreme Court Justice, 1886 - 1971) Source: Lecture, Columbia University, 1968

This fight is about taking a step to restore federalism, our Constitution's big tent system in which the states, and people therein, get to determine their own rules which affect their " . . . lives, liberties, and properties of the people, and the internal order, improvement, and prosperity of the State" ___ See Federalist No. 45

Our country has been tortured at the federal head by the Roe vs Wade court for almost fifty years. And it’s time for our Supreme Court to do its job, abide by its oath of office to support and defend our Constitution and end this ongoing torture at the federal head by embracing the wisdom of our Constitution's mandated federalism, a big-tent system, and have the people within each state exercise their guaranteed right under the Tenth Amendment.
