The answer is that a medical exam cannot always determine if a woman was raped.

Sorry, but you are going off on a tangent.
Of course it can't always be verifed via a medical exam but many times it can be along with other evidence.

Would this cause a need to expand the welfare state to help support all of these children living with struggling parents?
Most definitely! Poverty is generational. More children born into the poor families means more poor people in the future.

Also it will significantly increase crime rate, meaning more dead people.

But who cares, right?

Terminating an unwanted, unplanned pregnancy is quite often an option that helps young women build a successful, independent life.

I'm surprised this hasn't been brought up... The highest rate of abortion, BY FAR, is among women in the highest income group:

Abortion Rates by Income Level

Poverty Level: 8.6%
100%-200%: 7.8%
200%-300%: 16.2%
300%-400%: 8.0%
Over 400%: 31.9%

There's a HUGE statistical outlier there.

The exceptions that fall outside of that shouldn't have to prove anything to skeptics.

I wonder why you are treating this excessive and corrupt military spending as if reducing it is taking away from you. What does reducing military spending have to do with other wasteful spending?

I didn't have to "learn" it and no thanks to your sarcasm. You might try comprehending what I said in the first place.
