We are seeing the "benefits" of liberalism on full display. The problem is that we are only seeing the beginning of the misery that liberalism can deliver to a nation.
This is what happens when you put lunatics, who have the emotional maturity of a child and lack any critical thinking, to be put in charge.

I remember when gas first hit $1 per gallon, back in the 1970s. A lot of gas stations had to buy new pumps because their current ones did not have a space for any number to the left of the decimal point, when listing the price per gallon. I don't know if it was foresight or just dumb luck, but the pumps that pretty much every gas station uses today will still be able to be used when the prices hit $10.00 per gallon. These pumps have four spaces for the numbers showing price per gallon: one to the left of the decimal point, two to the right, and that stupid 9/10 cent that they still insist on using for some reason. When gas hits $10.00 per gallon, all they'll have to do is slide the decimal point one space to the right and stop showing the 9/10 but instead show the actual price rounded to the nearest penny, like everyone else does. Finally getting rid of the 9/10 thing will be the small silver lining in Biden's skyrocketing gas prices.

The problem was the far left back in 2020 was not a big fan of Biden. So he had to push all this far left stuff to earn their vote. And now we are all paying for it.
To be fair whenever they come out with polls like 64% of Americans are living paycheck to paycheck. One would assume all these people are broke only these paychecks are keeping them from living on the streets. Reality is they might have money in the bank and assets. But if say they net $4,000 a month their expenses are also $4,000 a month. They call that living paycheck to paycheck. My guess is about 20% of Americans don't have any money at the end of the month. And that number will climb with inflation raging.
Gas is already 5 a gallon at the local chevron station here for regular this is getting ridicules. Biden and the Dems are gonna be done this November put a fork in it.
It might not be their fault per say but the voters always blame those in charge when Sh*t like this happens.
Imagine if gas is $10. A lot of people going to work just to be able to afford to buy gas
