Judge tosses MyPillow CEO Mike Lindell's lawsuits against Smartmatic, Dominion Voting Systems and Hamilton Place for being ‘frivolous’. He additionally sanctions Lindell and his lawyers and makes them pay for Smartmatic's defense of that lawsuit.
However, sadly for Lindell, both of Smartmatic's and Dominion's billion dollar lawsuits against Lindell are still going forward.

that's my guess. defamation lawsuits are incredibly hard to win but...... my money is currently on smartmatic and dominion over lindell.
