Does not appear any of these shootings had much to do with graduation ceremonies.
Tennessee- 2 students were arguing when a third party shot both of them.
Louisiana- 3 unintended people shot resulting from a gang dispute after graduation. Shooter ( 20) arrested.
Michigan- People in 2 moving cars were shooting at each other.
The TN one is crazy. A friend (who is like a sister) her husband works at MTSU and she said his phone was going nuts that night. Many of the high schools in the TN area use local colleges sporting centers for graduation because they don't have any place bigger. It's been reported that they arrested the 17 year old who did the shooting in Clarksville which is about 1 1/2 hours away.

But it is not the specifics that matter. As with most anything else (and I know a lot of people on both sides here will disagree with me), it's the big picture and overarching philosophical "movement" that change behavior and social tendency on a grand scale. I'm not saying that the details do not matter at all, but that they are simply results and symptoms of a far larger picture and far larger "social conditioning." In fact, one could take it in a "psyops" direction (we have another very interesting thread about that very thing here on CD right now). Ultimately, if you break down the moral fabric of society, the result is anti-social behavior. It is demonstrated again and again throughout history and has always resulted in a complete collapse. A concept that seems out of reach for most leftists.
In Florida we have a 3 strikes and you're out law. AKA 10-20-Life. Maybe instead of treatment these teens like children, they should get adult sentences.
Illinois has a 3 Strike Law, too- Conviction of 3 violent felonies.
Both states release early for good behavior.
Prison is not a deterrent to habitual criminals.
States/ counties need to determine if anything would prevent offshoring violent offenders to the lowest bidding country. Could be a cash cow for some countries.

Yeah, not really a deterrent, though we can keep repeat offenders off the street if we keep them in prison.
average gang member is 15 years old, which means gang members are under the age of 15.
gang law has replaced civil law.
left teaches the that one race is a suppressor and the other a victim! that is a great start to encourage violence.
then there are gangs and gang wannabe's who perceive a dis to be a trigger for violence.
comes from banning words, say a banned word and physical violence is acceptable!
RELEASE JV RECORDS!!!!!!!
AND YES WE WANT MORE DETAILS ABOUT WHO DID THE SHOOTING AND WHO THE VICTIMS WERE.....
CHICAGO ALONE, IN ONE WEEKEND, HAS THIS FLURRY OF SHOOTINGS BEAT BY A MILE!
Oh well, the media and the left doesn't care so much about how many were murdered, just the skin color involved. Thus innocent black lives slaughtered each week, in places like chicago, are reduced to sterile numbers to remove any emotion or sympathy. Doesn't fit the socialists political narrative.
I'm thinking none of these shootings had anything to do with the education system.
