The bmi calculator has it flaws and it's not a big secret that black Americans(especially the women) are more likely than other populations (except maybe Pacific Islanders) to be working with a larger body frame. However, it's definitely possible as a black person to fit well within the BMI standard of what's considered normal weight. I think the vast majority of black people could technically have a normal body weight if we start to tweak our diet. I'm one of them, as I weighed 139.4 lbs with shoes on and a bmi of 21 or 22 just a week ago. I have my days where I eat very little sugar and carbs and I hit the gym most days of the week for the last 2.5 months. I also try to keep my food intake at no more than 2,000 calories per day. Even before I started on the journey to gain more muscle, I was still at normal weight according to BMI and conscious enough to manage the proportions of food consumed per meal, contributing to not being considered overweight(peaked at around 186-190 lbs) for the last decade. In general, the American diet consists of eating food with a lot of sodium, sugar, and carbohydrates everyday, and I think that plays a huge contributor in the general public having a lot of excess body fat and being 40% obese(noticed now we moved on to talking about obesity, as the nation is now 70-80% overweight and probably never will be reversed). When I walk outside and take a look around, I see a abundance of people with big bellies, so it's not as though it can necessarily be explained away with being fat or obese only according to bmi technicalities.

I guess Nasty Pelosi is a bully and a racist then, since she called Trump "morbidly obese".

And they also made fun of him constantly for the color of his skin. Talk about tone deaf!

There seems to also be a bit of science denying that obesity is healthy enough.

I remember when Nancy Pelosi racebaited Trump. Some democratic posters of CD cheered on her dog whistles.

One day I was watching the news and they were saying there was a wrecked car and a heavy police presence around the corner from where I lived.
I scurried over there to see what was going on. I saw a smashed car that hit a tree, one fat cop talking to a tow truck driver, and that was it.
Is that what they meant ?
