So much for the right to protest. Because there was no Insurrection, and any violence committed has already been dealt with - none of it perpetrated by Republican politicians.

Meanwhile no one is talking about permanently sanctioning Dems for their collusion with the 2020 mob violence/riots.

JUST IN: A federal appeals court has ruled that the 14th Amendment's bar on insurrectionists holding office may be applied to current/future political candidates.

And these are the people screaming about our "Democracy". Using the law as a cudgel to excommunicate citizens from their own electoral system based on nothing more than political allegations.

NEW: The Jan. 6 select committee needs one last legal victory to access the RNC’s internal files before next month’s public hearings. Today, in a twist of fate, it drew a panel of all three of Trump’s DC appeals court appointees to consider the matter.

FBI said it wasn't an insurrection.

But if Nancy and her pony show deem it an insurrection, it is?

Does it have to be a real insurrection that is defined legally, or do we just need a loose definition to manipulate the public?

If you appeal the decision, does it imply that you favor insurrectionists?

What "insurrection"? I only saw as former police precedent taken over by insurrectionists in downtown Seattle?

On Monday evening, the House select committee pleaded with the three appeals court jurists with a simple pitch: Stay out of our way. Anything less, the committee argued, would risk interfering with a probe of an “0Ng0inG tHrEat t0 0uR dEm0cRacY.”

Okay, what is the CURRENT definition of "insurrection"?

I could look it up, but it seems that leftists are changing traditional and accepted definitions daily. So just because the dictionaries give the same definition, that doesn't mean those definitions are actually still correct now, right?

It's called the "Capitol Riot"....because ..well they rioted and entered the buildings .... because the Capitol police held the doors open for them.

If I have to be a biologist in order to determine the difference between a man and a women, than do I also have to be an insurrectionist in order to determine what is actually considered an insurrection??? How does this stuff all work in the woke age?
