Bingo…and what’s hilarious is that when folks are in trouble beyond what they can handle, they call the police who have guns, but then complain about the police when they do their job.
Ummmm …. YOU ARE THE PRESIDENT. YOUR OWN PARTY IS MAJORITY IN CONGRESS! WHO IS WE???? We say that YOU, Mr. Biden, are the one to do something what is keeping you from doing so ?
YOU!!! YOU HAD 2 WHOLE YEARS TO ADDRESS IT …. YOU CAN PROPOSE ACTIONS , YOU CHOSE TO NOT DO ANYTHING
On your 17-hour flight coming back from Asia where you met with Asian leaders you thought about how other countries don’t have this problem…. While you were eating your salted peanuts and your soda can with your flyfi you sat down thinking what is obviously 20-year old news , Asian countries don’t have elementary school shootings …. Yeah I could have told you that too
I used to boast with energy how I can’t stand Trump for ignoring school shootings but now I know Biden is doing even less than Trump did except cry on camera
Biden has sent something like $40 billion to protect Ukraine. With that amount of money, we could have paid every elementary school in the US enough to hire 3-4 armed guards to protect the children.

More like 54 billion so far. The world spends 3 trillion dollars a year in guns and the U.S. spends 79% out of the 3 trillion a year (weapons to the world) and Biden comes on t.v. acting like this violence hurts him and he wants gun control only for the US. and he is upset. The Joke.
On 1 hand he complains about guns about this selective crime but pushes guns and violence across the world. You can't make this up.
The guy couldn't even make it past 5 minutes before turning his speech into a political issue. At first I was like, "wow, not a bad way to start. Solemn words and you can tell he's deeply upset, as someone who lost his own son."
Gaming has a lot to do with these young shooters. They are numb. They are confused. Can’t relate to reality. Then they go deep fueled by their live gaming sessions and the conversations they have. Look into it. You may be shocked.
Interesting, I played many games that have guns in them, still do. And not once have I ever had the urge to imitate what happens in a video game in real life.
How about we start with the household? Let's start with the parents and see if their raising their kids right. Then we move on to the individual. Do they have mental health issues? Are they struggling? Why do they behave this way?
Stop blaming video games and focus on the real problem. In the 80's, we launched a task force that specifically dove into the mental health of serial killers so they could see what makes them tick and do the things they do. Why can't we do the same thing for shooters who are mentally unhinged?
Gaming can affect these situations and it may be necessary to tax the vendors who make games that involve guns and violent criteria, with waiving the tax under the provision the vendors attend every year a seminar on gun safety and gun violence and fulfill a requirement to include warnings in their products. It may also be appropriate for certain games to be not sold without a prerequisite of attending a training class and an oath statement to responsibly separate game play from real life.
Maybe certain gaming should be treated as a privilege like a drivers license ; you are free to purchase these games for fun if you satisfy mastering a safety course and sign an oath to never strike a gun at anyone except in self-defense from imminent danger by another person with a deadly weapon who is the aggressor
Or maybe the parent should look at the rating of the game and decide if they want their child playing it. Do you blame automakers when drunk drivers slam into other vehicles and kill innocent lives?
Earth to FordBronco!!! We have many regulations on car manufacturers, exactly because there were many deadly accidents. Seat belts, airbags, reinforced panels, mandatory safety checks. If we applied a fraction of the regulations we put on car makers to gun makers, we might actually make a dent in this carnage.
Earth to Leo58! How many people run to the courthouse to sue automakers every time someone gets in an accident? If you're driving drunk and kill someone, is it your fault, or GM's?
There are no laws that prohibit a person from leaving 6 guns in their vehicle. In one week alone, the Nashville police reported 12 guns stolen from vehicles. That`s one week and one city and those are only the guns reported as stolen. Most of the other laws are unenforceable the way the NRA and their slimy politicians wrote them.
You do realize that criminals and mentally unstable individuals like yesterday's shooter don't give a damn about gun laws right? Look, here's something you and many other Liberals are struggling to understand. If those people want guns, they don't obtain the LEGALLY! They do not go through the process law abiding citizens do. they use the black market and any other method possible.
As a matter of fact, criminals love chumps like you that push for more gun laws. It makes it even easier for them. So keep spouting those leftwing talking points gooey!
