Why? Because I want my children to have the same rights that I have? Because I don't want to see my country become a fascist hellhole due to a bunch of mental midgets who are perfectly willing to give up liberty in my name so that they can have a false sense of security? Apologies, I didn't mean to imply it was ineffective. I just meant to say we as Americans are absolute cowards. US conservatives complain about tyranny every day, all talk and chest-beating.
Conservatives are the ones defending the right to self protection. Cowards look to government. Keep making things up, it's good for a laugh.
US founders KNEW that an armed people were more respected by government, but also in cases of robbery, need to defend themselves & their families.
If this was really about limiting murders, they would note that mass shooters are MENTALLY ILL - & often on mind-altering medications. Also most shooters had broken homes. “Politically incorrect” to address parental needs of children so that’s ignored & big money in meds so they don’t want to address that - they’d rather let children be murdered.

Trump isn’t trying to start a disinformation board. Trump isn’t trying to abrogate the 2nd Amendment. Trump isn’t purposely causing inflation in order to hurt the US economy. Trump isn’t using alphabet agencies to target parents concerned about their children’s education. Trump isn’t trying to maneuver a federal takeover of election laws. All of these things are being done by Biden and the Democrats.
Funny how you’re worried about Trump being a fascist when he isn’t even in power, but you’re perfectly content with Biden’s handlers desperately trying to install a fascist regime.
